ANS: Simply enter your credit card information via STRIPE (our payment system). We DO NOT hold any of your credit card information on our server.
ANS: The practitioner will have to retrieve the cost of the treatment from the patient directly if this is less than 24 hours of the appointment time.
ANS: Yes. Simply go to the DASHBOARD then access the HOURS via the PROFILE section.
ANS: No. The practitioner collects payment directly from the patient upon services rendered.
ANS: Yes. There will be automated email sent out 24 hours in advance as a reminder.
ANS: All practitioners have a choice to use the promotion box in your listing page. Simply go to the DASHBOARD, access the PROFILE section, and select PROMO ACTIVE
ANS: Provide a list of patient information with full names and emails to WichDOC support team and we will import them on your behalf.
ANS: Each user/member will receive an email to rate the visit experience AFTER the treatment. This is to ensure that all ratings are provided by people who have actually visited the practitioner.
ANS: There are several ways to do so.
  • Have good ratings
  • Increase number of members’ bookings via WichDOC to your listing
  • Share content on WichDOC’s Eco-Health Community
ANS: YES. Multiple locations can be set for a single practitioner.
ANS: Yes. Send any articles or knowledge base content to WichDOC support and we will post them, upon review, on the ARTICLES section of WichDOC.
